AD doesn't need to practice. The only reason he does is for his teammates to practice cleaning up the wreckage of the play after AD destroys the play design be beating his blockers off the snap. He is so quick that he gets double and triple teamed and they still miss blocks. He has to be bored out of his mind playing with these puny humans.
