Maybe or maybe not. He has Greg Olson now on the staff too that could take over in that capacity. The question will loom, will Gruden be okay not calling the plays or is that the year McVay relinquishes those duties? Not sure, but either way, it's a good thing IMO to have a stable of offensive coaches.
