Agree Tutu will be used in a situational manner

Assuming all are active for games Skow/Harris will be used when they need extra blocking with Skow being in the lead right now. McCutcheon/Harris will be used when they want someone big who can catch the ball in traffic.

While it is rare that all the receivers can actually see action during the game with only 2 TE is is reasonable for 5 of them to actually see action outside of Special Teams. Of course this assumes that Skow/Harris & McCutcheon all contribute on Special teams and are active.
