You can't commuincate the Rams have not given Evans multiple opportuntites, it's time to cut bait. Over the years, Evans just seems to battle being in shape and does not have the footwork to hold up in pass protection nor the endurance to sustain his blocks in the run game. Arcuri offers more upside IMHO plus Evans seems to be hurting the Rams more then helping.
