I am also a father and grandfather of daughters and understand your frustration and concern over this. I also do not care about Watson, the Browns or the NFL in this instance only the welfare of the numerous women affected. With that said, he is not accused of sexual assault. He did not rape, beat or in any way injure any woman. This is not sexual abuse it is sexual misconduct in massage appointments.
He exposed himself in very inappropriate ways, made lewd suggestions, offers and may have even touched them in explicit ways. His conduct is reprehensible but I would suspect it was also successful on occasion. Regardless, sexual misconduct, as disgusting as it is, is not sexual assault which is a violent act and equating the two is disingenuous. Which is also why he was cleared of any criminal charges. I suspect the only violence involved is him getting his face slapped more than once.
