I absolutely disagree that Perkins is on the rise. I was at SOFI and that throw wasn't a dine it was an under-thrown poor idea and a penny. McCutcheon wasn't open and shouldn't have been targeted. He was double teamed. McCutcheon made an amazing adjustment to the ball and made a miraculous catch. Perkins can only go to his first read and then he runs.
He will never start over Wolfie. Not in his league. Wolfie is way underrated.
