I know he is a vet vs. all those rookies (TuTu included)....but I would like to see some major strides taken by our 2nd string QB. He needs to dial in and show that in a pinch he can do the playbook, make the needed passes, read the D, not just come in and hand off or throw a 3-10 yard pass. He needs to make 1st downs and play the field. Also it will be interesting to see how he does in his 2nd year with Matthew in his ear over Jared.

Wolford is in fact having an improved camp. Everybody is noticing it (is it the Liam Coen Effect?)
The other candidates seem to have potential for significant future regular season contributions. They figure into Rams future. Wolford is like a spare tire that a traveler never wants to have to use. That’s why I left him off this short list.
