Most forms of tendonitis fully heal with rest, which is exactly why they're resting him. This isn't like the Gurley situation as he had degenerative arthritis.
I had a bad case of tennis elbow (lateral tendonitis) and it was SO painful. But that was years ago and I've never had it again. So I'm holding my breath that Stafford re tweaked it and will be okay
