Boom has had some injury issues but except for the ACL they have been relatively minor. Hopefully he is good to go for all of the games next season. My concern is the depth behind Boom or Hav's for that matter. Last year we had Boom as our depth and he was high level starter quality. This year we have unproven backups or will have to move a starter, Edwards out of the LG position to take over leaving a hole at LG. Also, Edwards hasn't play tackle in a few years and is not a sure thing to excel at either tackle position.
I like the offensive line starting units and think we have some depth at Guard and Center but the back up tackles are unproven which is potentially a problem that makes me uneasy.
Do you lack confidence in Alaric Jackson as backup LOT, Deacon?
I was impressed with his performance in that one game over there last year.
