DeSean didn't earn a Super Bowl 56 ring. He doesn't deserve it. I wouldn't have given him a ring. I wouldn't give him the time of day.
He wanted out... he's out. Ring shming. Talk to the hand!
The big thing for me is that he "wanted out". He "quit" the team. That alone disqualifies him from deserving a ring IMO. By "wanting out" he relinquished any rights to the "spoils" of the season.
As for his "contributions", he did contribute a little. In fact, he contributed more than some others who are getting rings too. But that doesn't change the fact he "wanted out" and "quit" on his team.
If he would have been traded for any other reason than "wanting out". I would say he deserves a ring. But not how it ended up playing out. He deserved nothing. They ONLY thing he did deserve was a ticket "out of town"...and he got that already!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
