I think he accomplished what he was hired for...to move the team to LA from STL. He is a bad HC either and IMO is a good DC and evaluator of defensive talent.
His biggest problem was his lack of knowledge on the offensive side of the ball.
He was responsible for bringing in talent that helped turn this franchise around. If he would have had a talented OC he might have actually won more games here.
I think Kroenke and Demoff liked him too. Didn't they sign him to a new contract right before he was fired?
The talent was improved upon, but Fisher would not hire an upper tier Offensive Coordinator and for the life of me, I don't understand why. In Tennessee he hired Norm Chow, who at the time, was considered one of the best OC's in college football and we got Brian Schottenheimer, Frank Cignetti & Rob Boras...Shame Jeff Fisher, Shame on you!
