Henderson is going to get hired away this next offseason

His work with the DL and effect on it is unmistakable and teams see it. He should have gotten a DC job last year but I think he'll for sure get offers this next offseason.

Actually the offer might be with the Rams, too. I think generally that McVay values knowledge of the back end, but a special coach is a special coach. Some guys just get through to players better than others.

This next offseason though... It's gonna be rough on McVay's staff. They might lose both coordinators plus some positional types.
