I'm just trying to figure out where he plays? If he does play a lot snd show his skills, it probably means that several bad things have happened. Either......

1. A top WR got hurt and playing time opened up.

2. OBJ signed elsewhere and playing time opened up.

3. Powell either got hurt which opened up playing time or the Rams picked Tutu over Powell for punts and returns which would be ridiculous after what Powell showed last season.

So, if Tutu does show something, is it only because bad things have happened with others? Not sure that's a good thing. Otherwise, not sure he will have a ton of playing time to show that he isn't a bust. I guess we will see.
