He will be starting a family at an older age than most do. I would expect that if McVay can win a couple more SB's over the next 10 years, that will be it. I just hope he grooms someone to be next in line for the Rams. McVay will be close to impossible to replace, though. Sort of like replacing Lombardi. Sort of.
