If you don't watch this then you're really missing something. It was a great combination of insight into Kupp the person as well as the technical aspects of football.
As an aside: I don't think we realize how big Kupp is. He is a big WR, and strong; it's just that he is able to move like a smaller guy. And Robinson is like a DE. No way he's at his listed 6'2". That dude is on the long side of 6'3" and probably at least 220 lbs.( a video on the Rams website of an interview with Farr and MJD shows you just how big that guy is).
Kupp speaks about how Stafford will really get on your case when you don't do your job. And how McVay is very tough on players and demands things to be exactly as he wants you to do them. But... that as strong as he is, he will collaborate with the player and work together to find a solution rather than simply dictate it (ala Bellicheck). Of course I'm sure that depends on the caliber of player he's talking to.
