Your most certainly right about interpreting the current rules. My argument is that a former second round pick and yearly starter on a champ team should be worth more than a fifth. Maybe not a third as those are your MVP or All Pro guys, but why not a fourth? You have to remember these picks are at the end of the round so this fifth is more like a sixth. It's all just my opinion.
