He is SO accessible, players like him because he allows them to give input, IMO a sign of accessibility, the same with his staff, media and other HC's not only around the league but in the college level, as well as even those in HS and below.....That makes his plan of being a team and using all tools available to succeed as successful as it has been so far. Head and Shoulders above many in his job IMO.
