If even one of the above is off kilter then the whole organization is negatively affected, sometimes to the point of mediocrity or even much worse.
Right now I think the Rams from top to bottom are the envy of the league.
Kroenke is a great owner and far too smart to let any of these major components get away so we can reasonably expect continued excellence until McVay gets the itch to go into the broadcast booth. Hopefully, that won’t happen for at least another 5 years.
