I don't think they are maximizing their talent. Stefanski is well respected around the league but by the time he's done with the Browns that might not be the case any more. After giving up what they gave up for Watson it's going to be really funny if he struggles and then everyone realizes the staff is in over their head.
I still think getting Watson was potentially a franchise altering move. But just saying it could go bad too if there's a disconnect with that staff.
Thanks to our time with Georgia I am of the mind that everything starts with the owner. And that owner in Cleveland is not a guy whose team I would root for.
