Look who he played with....3rd stringers.
I can't say I watched all of Perkins work last summer, but I was at the Denver preseason game where Perkins played the entire game. The Denver first string defense was out there until mid way through the 3rd Q. The Rams had 3rd stringers on offense nearly the entire game. With the game on the line, Perkins drove the O down the field and got within 20 yards of paydirt and the win.
He impressed me.
