Deayon is a free agent. The Rams now have 7 CBs on their roster in addition to 8 safeties, some of whom can play CB in certain defensive sets.
Beyond that, the Rams have 88 players on their roster and can only sign 2 more. IMO the Rams aren't going to sign Deayon now. I would bet on an edge rusher and another punter before the Rams consider DD.
This is how I took DD's tweet: Why would you draft a CB in the 6th when you could have signed me and used that pick for something else?
And I'm not saying the Rams should have signed DD, just discussing his reaction.
