If they wanted, the Los Angeles Rams could probably have their own TV show about their house buying and selling this offseason alone. Matthew Stafford bought two homes from Drake, Sean McVay bought a $14 million house in Hidden Hills and Aaron Donald sold his Los Angeles mansion for more than $6 million.

Cooper Kupp joined the fun recently, too, selling his home in Westlake Village – which is near Thousand Oaks and in Los Angeles County – for $5.25 million, according to TMZ Sports. It’s a 6,893-square-foot mansion with five beds and seven baths, with a nice pool and patio area.

There is also a game room with a poker table and pool table on the main floor, and the master bath has its own fireplace and TV, with an exercise room right off the bathroom.

Here’s a video tour of the house.

Of course, the first question many will ask is what this means for Kupp’s contract situation. The Rams are working on a new deal with Kupp to reward him for his historic 2021 season, so perhaps he’s looking to upgrade with a contract likely to come relatively soon.

Kupp also owns a home in Oregon, which is where he and his family usually reside during the offseason.
