Stafford did have some bad INTs. His ego was writing checks that his arm strength couldn't cash. He's got to become more judicious, and accurate, in his passing decisions.
Ramsey didn't look like an All-pro during the playoffs but he did make some great plays. He just seemed to have some bad lapses. I don't know why.

Also, I don't think the team can afford to waste another pick like they did with Tutu.

The good news is that McVay is learning from his mistakes and improving. There's no reason why he can't challenge Belicheck for the "best coach" title in a couple of years.
