I haven't seen, as yet, more Rams gear on display but then I didn't expect too. Most fans around here have long ago chosen a team.
As for young fans... Most of them are more specific 'player' oriented than 'team' oriented. So I've talked to many who love Stafford, Kupp, Donald, Ramsey, (etc), but to my knowledge none became Ram fans.... I think that's an ongoing process. It takes time. They, (younger fans), mostly cheer their favorite players no matter which team they're on.
Now this next goes back to pre-Covid... last time I traveled and stayed in the LA area. There were many posts here about how in LA team allegiance was split among all 32 teams... so I read, here on the board, that you were as likely to see a Steelers Jersey, (or any other), as a Ram jersey. I don't doubt what people here said and say, that LA is an NFL melting pot - but at the same time - That was not my experience. Couple examples:
Disneyland - What I witnessed was predominately RAM gear and by a very large margin. I DID see others -- Steelers, Packers, Cowboys, Raiders... but none came close to the number or Ram's related gear I saw. Same experience on the beaches in the LA area we visited... predominately RAMS and by a good margin.
Headed to the LA area end of May... be interesting to see how that all plays out post Covid and the Ram's Lombardi. - JamesJM
