He'll last longer if he is used in a rush role. The guy is 30 now so still in his prime but keeping him fresh for key downs will end up being more important than trotting him out there to maybe blow up the run or maybe open up a hole for them to run in.
He's probably got a couple more years of current usage but then if he doesn't retire that's gonna be his future. Age is undefeated and his skills will last longer if used schematically with some sort of focus i.e. moving him around vs the weakest pass pro OL. You can rush him outside too, he's still a load, you just have to alter the contain so it's not him.
