Skowronek could be a good WR4

I think he showed up well for a rookie 7th rounder. He stepped in when needed midyear. Far from perfect and made rookie mistakes along the way. But I think he has similar talent to Josh Reynolds who became a solid WR4 in years 2 through 4. WRs under McVay have made good strides in their 2nd seasons and I don't see why he'd be any different.
