Arians didn't get his HC chance until he was older in life. And, he was always a "throw back" kind of guy.
But he turned losers into winners and champions. Not an easy thing to do.
Really good coach and I hope he has a long, happy life after football. I suspect he could be a pretty good announcer. But, I also suspect he won't and instead will ride off into the sunset.
He has to be respected by his players and peers and that is what really matters.
