It's not just AD stats.

AD is simply one of those guys who is going to make a play at some critical point. You can stop him for a while if you put enough focus and guys on him, but even then when the chips are on the line, he'll show up.

He's also proven to be the emotional leader of the D. When he's fired up, the other guys get fired up. When he talks, you listen. You don't want to be the guy who let AD down.

He's just an all time great. And that's what the all time greats do.
