I think, based on what I'm seeing, that they are continuing to have success with hard working leaders but also bringing in a consistently evolving coaching tree that is high caliber.

Case in point in the culture ... if you want to go far coaching, you join our staff. You may want to go off with a coordinator when he lands a head coaching gig for some extra experience, but nothing will make you a head coach faster than being a Ram. So we have the cream of the crop to choose from and McSnead know what they like and who they can get the most out of.

So ... even with high turnover, we're unlikely to see too much of a dip.
