Maybe they can be utilized on the practice squad.
We KNOW we have Kupp/Robinson/Jefferson no matter what. IF Beckham returns for any length of time, we're looking at Kupp/Robinson/Beckham/Jefferson. Then there's Skowronek. Not to mention Higbee. I don't see any realistic opportunities for Harris and especially Atwell. Why would any coach in his right mind want to take the ball away from Kupp/Robinson/Beckham and/or Jefferson and put it in the hands of TuTu Atwell or Jacob Harris? That makes absolutely zero sense. Now, if it's a "next guy up" scenario because of extenuating circumstances (injuries etc.) then maybe one or both might see some time on the field. Otherwise, I can't see either one on the active roster.
Maybe I'm wrong, shrug, but that's ok too. :-)
