McVay wants three #1 WR’s on the field, apparently. That was the stated plan when OBJ was originally signed but Woods’ injury halted that.
IOW, Rams want that and feel that they can afford that. Only difference come September is that AR will be on the field instead of OBJ.
I think that Jefferson is now #4 and may be trade bait. We’ll see on that.
BTW, I think that Woods is now ranked #3 on this WR roster. FWIW, there is absolutely no shame in being #3 on THIS WR roster. It’s a helluva roster 3 deep, possibly best in league.
