Agreed. These guys have workout routines that have become ingrained in their way of life.... long after they retire even. We've ALL seen players years after they retire and they still look like they could play. Why is that? Because they still take care of themselves. Some guys let themselves go and they're entitled to do that too after years of having to be so disciplined with their bodies. But some guys keep doing it because they want to. Just because a player shows up in the weight room regularly is no sign of anything except that he's taking care of his body like he's been doing for years.
