Agreed here and I don't know why it took the Rams so long to activate him to the roster. Powell had plenty of experience returning kickoffs & punts not only at the collegiate level, but the NFL level too. IMO, Powell single handedly flipped the script on the Rams special teams because after adding him everything else improved across the board. I understand he does play WR, but Powell is a game changer on special teams and Rams need to keep him.
