for someones thoughts on getting him/picking him up? I don't love him, I see he has a strong leg, to me that's a need for a punter, the other stuff could possibly be taken under the term of learning the game better....I just look at it like we have issues on the team, I would like to have as few adjustments done as possible.....
I really don't appreciate your constant poo pooing people and kinda making them out as dolts who "just don't get it"...little people with little ideas/opinions that need to be taken as worthless fodder compared to your insight.....
It's people thinking that just because some new guy comes along that the old guy is not good and that the old guy's skill set is getting criticized with no proof.
It's the proof that matters and when someone with simply a strong leg comes along, that is fine, but when ALL ELSE is ignored then it has to be called out. That is what boards are for. Maybe the answer is not to be thin-skinned? Maybe not to take things too seriously?
In this case Bojo would have been a poor choice and than goodness the Rams made the right one--keeping Hekker.
Now, they have to save a lot of cap money, it is understandable . . . but if anyone thought a strong leg was enough, then they "didn't get it" and the proof was the flawed year Bojo had and it cost the Packers, big time.
