All good points. It's not a cut-and-dry decision. But I would say influencing AD can happen in several ways. Maybe that is Miller returning. I think he has another good year left. Two years? Not so sure. Haven't been a lot of really good 34-year old edge rushers. So the structure and guaranteed money in 2023 would be a big issue for me.

But also, what if with some of that money they could add a CB that gives them more than Williams did in 2021 while also adding a role player on the edge?
