If it is just a basic restructure like that then ok. I do believe, though, that his contract runs through 2024 so anything like that would be spread over 3 years, not 5. So in that scenario $13M becomes $4.33M/year so around $8.67M saved in 2022. That would help while also not causing problems down the road.
