He's played a lot of games at LOT for the Rams. Played well. Has had superb training. Is healthy. And the Rams know exactly what kind of player and human being they have in Big Joe. Well deserved. But also another case of the Rams developing a guy over time so they don't have to spend a high draft pick nor do they have to go huge on the FA market for the 2nd most important position in an Offense.
