I raise this issue in light of the multitude of past/current/future threads concerning our uniforms...
First, two sets of facts:
1) Robert Woods, Tyler Higbee, Joe Noteboom, and Jordan Fuller all played critical roles in helping the Rams reach the Super Bowl 56.
2) Neither of these players actually played in Super Bowl 56.
Assume that I'm a big Fuller fan and I purchased his white modern throwback jersey. I then go online to purchase a Super Bowl 56 patch and commence to have it sewed/ironed on.
You see me walking down the street wearing it. Does ANY part of you think to yourself
Cool jersey, but Jordan Fuller NEVER, EVER wore it...and there's no evidence one was even made for him.Christian Rozeboom? Yeah...there's photo/video proof of him wearing a Super Bowl jersey
during the Super Bowl.Same for Buddy Howell. Robert Woods? Not so much. And it's not even clear if one was made for him.
Was just interested in your thoughts on the issue.
And yes, I'd like to put together a Robert Woods Super Bowl jersey.
