Yeah, I doubt Tutu ever outperforms Powell..

I've never seen a punt return guy attack the ball like Powell did.. Tutu looked scared and unsure of himself every time we went back for a punt.. You need a kamikaze dude for punt returns, not a timid little guy afraid to catch the ball..
