Why?

He solidified the offense, PERIOD!

McVay's leadership and desire to BE THE BEST has taken this franchise to the TOP of the NFL!

Especially when other teams wanted Stafford, but one thing McVay is above the rest of the league in is recruitment. He did that to not only Stafford, but Beckham too, so come on Enos Stanley Kroenke pay McVay, Pay McVay!
