McVay really has a knack of "knowing" what he wants his team to be....How he wants em' coached...Seeing the bigger picture with younger coaches and different ways of coaching/teaching.
Keeping the staff young and "Fresh" with new ideas and it seems they share the McVay "ENERGY".
Another note, McVay loves hiring coaches that have been QB's in their football careers....Our staff is full of QB's!
