Which, to a long-suffering Rams fan is something we have learned about the hard way. You gotta have an owner willing to bankroll what the Rams are doing and support it. There's a lot of owners who probably don't let their 30 something head coach trade the QB the organization gave up so much for. That took some serious cajones at that moment in time to double down on McVay and it was the right call.
