Honestly, I was hating that call at the time. From where I was in the stadium (I can't believe we were there) it looked like #24 was gonna stop him! Had our TE just merely got in the way with his block on #57, I'm not sure Kupp could have created enough separation from #24 to turn up field and get the first. Hopkins actually drives the linebacker toward the Rams bench just enough to give Kupp the space he needed. What a great job! There is nothing like seeing a young player step up when called upon in a HUGE situation.
