I really think, if you interview with McVay, he's looking for coaches that can CHALLENGE his own thought process.
Like his own coaching staff, the game of football is constantly evolving, thus you need to be ready to "ADD" to what you already know.
McVay wants coaches to say. "What if we try this, or change it up with this?"
