I didn't realize that Ray Sherman was Aaron Donald's wife's father until Kara said that his wife's dad was an NFL coach for years and years. I had to look it up to see who her dad was. Ray is retired now but he was a coach for 35 years. So Erica grew up in a football family which I'm sure has helped her understand how things work and how to manage a football family of her own. She was actually working for the Rams when they were in St Louis and relocated with the team to L.A. She and Aaron became friends and the rest is history.
