I can't see anything in the video that Stafford did wrong

He didn't cause her to fall. Unless I am missing something in the video, he was still on the platform and not in a position to help her. Someone down below would have to help her. He didn't have any responsibility to help her. If he had tried to help her, he might have also fallen or he might have made her injuries worse.
