I see no need to invest one of our precious few draft picks on a TE.
We got Higbee, Blanton, Hopkins, Harris and Mundt.
Even if let Mundt walk as you suggest that is plenty enough .

Biggest need IMHO: Find a reliable LOT to protect Nr.9. Noteboom is injury prone and I doubt he is the answer for an entire season.
Need more cb help too. The NFL has so much turned into a passing league you can not have enough cover corners.
Same goes for pass rushers. Hope Miller stays but if not Rams should look for someone who can bring the outside rush consistently to help Donald .
