Oh, I don’t like losing quality coaches either, whether coordinators or regular asst coaches.

But one thing about the constant stirring is that if McVay keeps bringing in top quality asst/teacher types then everything stays fresh and the energy level remains high. Don’t see any staleness on THIS staff, that’s for sure.
