In my opinion losing coaches is a big deal but we're still on top. I wonder how big of a deal it really is losing coaches. Our team has been a fast subway transit for coaches of all stripes yet we continue to win.
I know in a competitive business environment losing experienced and proven personnel costs much more than their salary. I fought to keep my best people and got them extra money and benefits to keep them. Good people made my life easier and made me look good.
Couldn't Stan K pay them more?
