my Apple Watch just buzzed me, I figured it was Ram news, or at least Super Bowl news... nope.... it said, "Way to go Jimmy. You are way ahead of your all time move meter for this time of day. Keep up the good work". Good work?

My heart is pounding, I can visibly see my pulse in my wrists and my neck. This is GOOD for me?
